That's already French?! It means (I think) "Love me for who I am", but it's an infinitive form (aimer). If you want to say "Love me for who I am" *to* somebody, you should use an imperative - "Aime-moi [or 'aimez-moi' if you're using the 'vous' form] pour qui je suis". (NB I am not a native speaker, so I don't know whether there is an idiom for the expression you are possibly trying to render)
