How do you say "Hate is more of a choice than homosexuality will ever be" in French?

This is for a French project that I'm doing on Homophobia as a Social Issue. I'm not sure if these translations from Babelfish and Google Translate (respectfully) are right or which one is better.

*Haine est plus un choix que l'homosexualité serons jamais.

*La haine est plus d'un choix que l'homosexualité sera jamais.

I know that they are simular but in translating them back to English they don't really make sense... so I was wondering if they are actually correct.

Thank you for any help or your own translation!!!
