Why करोगी and करोगे?

Hindi future-tense verbs agree with the gender of their subject. In the question the subject is “you”, so the ending follows the person being asked: -ओगी (-ogi) for a woman, -ओगे (-oge) for a man. In the answer the subject is “I”, so it follows the person answering: karungi for a woman, karunga for a man.

मुझसे (mujhse) means “with me”: in Hindi you marry with someone, किसी से शादी करना.

शादी (shaadi) is the everyday word for marriage. विवाह (vivaah) is formal and sounds stiff in a proposal.
