How do you say Second nature as in "Financing is second nature to him" in Spanish?

I looked this one up in my Spanish dictionary and got "un acto reflejo" and "es algo que (hacer) automáticamente" not sure which is right or if any are correct at all. The dictionary uses these two translations in this sentence "ponerme el cinturón de seguridad es un acto reflejo (or) es algo que hago automáticamente."
