   E’ ora di andare a dormire (literaly ‘It’s now time to go to bed)

   or

   Andiamo a dormire (let’s go to sleep)

   Andiamo a letto (let’s go to bed)

   You can also say

   Ho sonno, vado a letto. Buonanotte (I’m sleepy, I’m going to bed. Good night.)
