Most people would say: Entschuldigung, wo ist die Toilette, bitte? (Excuse me, where is the toilet, please?)
In short: Wo ist die Toilette? OR: Wo ist das WC? Or if you are really looking for a bathroom with shower, etc. Wo ist das Badezimmer?
And if you are really polite: Wo kann ich mir die Haende waschen? (Where can I wash my hands?)
