How do you say That is truly too bad in French?
I am thinking it is "C'est vraiment dommage" but not sure if that is grammatically correct?

C'est dommage is "it's too bad", but if you want to tell someone that it's too bad for "them", you can say "Tant pis pour toi" (Literally "so much the worse for you")
