• I think what you want to say is: "Guten Morgen mein Herr und Gebieter!" If "master" is a female person and you want to be extra feministcally correct ;) you say: "Guten Morgen meine Herrin und Gebieterin!" but it is also common in German to use the masculine form for a woman in that case.
