How do you say discriminate poles but in polish not French or in Japanese?

Why doesn't BabelFish offer Polish language at all? Even Ukrainian is there but no Polish, that's discrimination! And why does it show backslash escape before a single quote like 'this' ? Also, when I select Ukraininan it keeps switching it to Japanese when trying to publish. Not to mention the parsing that removes " in " from the sentence to be translated.
