Prize: 1) Apple iPad mini or cash equivalent to be awarded, exclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. Duties, fees, shipping, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Qualified Entries: Contest is open to residents of US and Canada. Must be of legal age to qualify, void where prohibited. To qualify contestants must: i) approve the Babelfish Facebook app, ii) sign in to babelfish.com with Facebook, iii) like Babelfish on Facebook, iV) submit a valid translation on Babelfish.com. Valid name and email address must be provided at the time of entry, entries without valid name and email address will not qualify. No purchase required.
Contest deadline: Contest will run From December 15th, 2012 to March 15th, 2012. Qualifying entries must be time stamped on or before 12:00 pm PST Dec 15th.
Winners: A winner will be chosen at random from all qualified entries.
Notification: Winners will be announced publicly on www.babelfish.com, then contacted via email. Winners agree to have their name and likeness published. The winner also agrees to furnish a photo of themselves holding the prize for publication on the babelfish.com website within 72 hours of receiving the prize.
Prize Acceptance: Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw date, and will have 48 hours to respond. The winner must accept the prize within 48 hours or the prize will be automatically forfeited.
