@Jonk That’s right. But I would translate as follows:
“Schwimmen kann ein tolles Training ohne Folgen sein.”

In the strict sense, the word “‘Schwimmen’ for ‘swimming'” is a noun from the verb “‘schwimmen’ for ‘to swim'”; the noun is always capitalized.

    Examples:
“Swimming has many advantages that one can use certain.”
    > “Schwimmen hat viele Vorteile, die man gewiss nutzen kann.”

“By regular swimming I have increased in fitness.”
    > “Durch regelmäßiges Schwimmen habe ich an Kondition gewonnen.”

“I do not remember the name of the charismatic coach from swimming.”
    > Ich erinnere mich nicht mehr an den Namen des charismatischen Trainers beim Schwimmen.”

“How did you meet each other? We first met while swimming.”
    > Wie habt ihr euch kennengelernt? Wir haben uns während des Schwimmens kennengelernt.”

“This can only happen during the swim.”
    > “Das kann während des Schwimmens passieren.”
