Le service était excellent à l'hôtel où nous avons résidés et j'y retournerais en un clin d'oeil. ( "in an heart beat" being an expression holds no meaning in french but "in a blink of an eye" do have the same meaning in englsih and in french.) Be careful with litteral translation from french to english, it will often be misleading. They had excellent service at the hotel we stayed at and I would go back in a heart beat.
